Signed

The Purchase and Sale agreement has been signed by our buyers, as has the rental agreement from now until the actual closing (9/22). They may have moved in tonight. The deal makes it very tight for us..but..it allows us to move forward. I am breathing again. Looking forward to "signed, sealed and delivered" ...but we are happy with "signed" for now.
